About Our Properties

Fuller owns eight complexes in the downtown Pasadena area with over 280 units. The majority of our units are traditional apartment-style complexes located within two blocks of the Fuller campus in Pasadena. We offer a variety of units, from studios to four-bedroom apartments.

Rental Rates

The approximate rent rates are listed below for the 2022–2023 academic year.

Rent is based on the size of the unit and its amenities. All units come unfurnished. All units include a refrigerator and stove/oven, and newer units include a microwave and a dishwasher.

Ford Place

Ford Place is a group of four historical buildings converted into beautiful apartment-style buildings located at the heart of Fuller’s campus. Ford Place shares a private, green common area with an outdoor lounge, picnic table, swings, outdoor seating, and communal barbecue grill.

Amenities include refrigerators, gas stoves/ovens, shared laundry, and a gated courtyard.

Chang Commons

Chang Commons is a gated, modern apartment complex that consists of four 4-story apartment buildings located one block away from campus. The children in Chang Commons community are often playing together in the courtyards and in the outside playground.

Amenities for Chang Commons include a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, communal laundry, centralized AC, garbage disposal, and a gated, underground parking garage. Three and four-bedroom units have a washer/dryer in the unit.

Jubilee

Fuller Seminary is repurposing certain properties including 260 N Oakland Ave. Residents of 260 N Oakland Ave. will be expected to relocate to another space within the next 2–3 years.

Jubilee is a two-story apartment building with 10 total units. Jubilee is just minutes from campus and each unit has premium square footage. These very quiet, spacious apartments offer a small and friendly group of neighbors with direct parking access. Historic downtown Pasadena is only a mile away, and even closer are restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

Amenities for Jubilee include window AC units, refrigerators, gas stoves and ovens, communal laundry, and open space/carport parking.
